HVAC Renovation of Austin ISD, Sanchez Elementary School. Replacement of RTUs, chilled-water AHUS, piping, associated duct, electrical, controls fire alarm systems, and gas piping. Roof work around new HVAC equipment curbs, building demolition, exterior brick wall patching, ceiling tile replacement, and structural enhancement to accommodate additional weight of new equipment.
Renovation of the Texas Parks & Wildlife inland fish hatchery incubation facility located in San Marcos, Texas. Renovations included new piping, installation of new ozone systems, heat exchanger systems, hydronic pump systems, construction of structural concrete sumps, new lighting and electrical main boards, and implementation of SCADA controls. Applied the latest industry advanced piping material.
